Brilhart Level Air 6* Metal Tenor Mouthpiece

I bought this mouthpiece on eBay on February 21, 2006. The main reason was that I heard a guy play this piece in a local bar in New Jersey and his sound was great. When the piece arrived it did not feel comfortable compared to the Link I played at a time. Its construction was narrower, chamber smaller and I never really got used to it. Did not spent much time on it either, so I really did not give it a fair chance.

Paid for it 91$. Sold it to the player in France in July 2006 for 100$. Good luck!

Beautiful early 60's BRILHART Level Air metal Tenor Sax mouthpiece, was a 4* opened to about a .95 by the late Jey Clark who was one of the finest mouthpiece refinishers in the world. Table and rails balanced by Jey, tip is a masterpiece with a beautiful rollover. Jey made it an amazing player, very smooth, not chirpy, not overly bright, but loads of projection and tone - just incredible. Fabulous rare piece! Nice condition as pictured, bite plate has a bit of a tooth mark - bite patch used as shown.
